Today’s thermostats are more than just a control panel for your heating and cooling system, they are equipped with Wi-Fi, sensors and advanced algorithms to fine-tune your home comfort and lower the energy consumption.
One of the popular and best seller thermostat is the Google Nest Learning Thermostat. It is the first thermostat to get ENERGY STAR certified.
Nest shows you how much energy you use every day in Energy History and every month in your Home Report. This helps you monitor the operation and energy consumption of your HVAC system, which can help you to catch many system issues early.
We install and troubleshoot all Google Nest products including Nest Thermostat, Nest Thermostat E, and Nest Learning Thermostat.
You can change the temperature with Nest app from anywhere.
Proven Energy SavingIndependent studies showed that Nest thermostats saved people an average of 10% to 12% on heating bills and 15% on cooling bills.
Know When Something is WrongNest can send remote alerts if a system needs attention.

Google Nest thermostat is designed to install yourself. Installation usually takes 30 minutes. While installation of Nest thermostat is easy, many homeowners prefer a Nest Pro to take care of the installation of their new Nest thermostat. If you are having problems installing your new thermostat, or you prefer to have it installed by a pro, contact us and we will take care of the installation.
Before unboxing your new Nest thermostat, you must make sure that it is compatible with your home’s existing HVAC system. Check all of the wires connected to the current thermostat against the list of available connectors on the Nest thermostat box or use the compatibility checker at http://nest.com/works.
Once the old thermostat has been removed, it’s a good time to patch and paint the marks of the old thermostat. Another option is to use the large trim plate that Nest supplies to cover them. Gently guide the wires through the center hole of Nest thermostat. Install the top screw first and level the thermostat using the built-in bubble level to properly align the mounting plate and then install the bottom screw. Avoid over tightening the screws, it can damage the circuitry in the Nest base.
Insert the wires that you removed from the old thermostat and labeled them to the designated places in your new Nest thermostat.
Nest thermostats are designed to work without a common wire or “C” wire. For some HVAC systems, a “C” wire is needed to power the thermostat efficiently. The Nest Power Connector makes it easy to install a Nest thermostat when a “C” wire is needed.
Make sure your system is compatible. Nest Power Connector is only compatible with 24VAC HVAC Systems. Millivolt and high voltage systems are incompatible.
The Nest Power Connector is similar to a “C” wire. It supplies continuous power to your Nest thermostat to prevent low power issues. If you have one thermostat in your home, the Nest Power Connector it installs right on your furnace or air handler. If you have multiple thermostats, it must be installed at the Zone Controller. No new wiring is required. We recommend contacting a Nest pro to install the Nest Power Connector to avoid any damage on your HVAC system and to avoid warranty issues.
Depending on the type of HVAC system you have in your home, you can refer to the following wiring diagram for more information on how to connect the thermostat wiring to the new Nest Thermostat.
